OUR SOLUTIONS
Where Does Your Organization Need the Most Support?
Every organization faces different challenges. Explore the path that best fits what your leaders and teams need to accomplish now.
Whatever You Call It...
It Needs to Deliver Results
Your organization may have one PMO or several, each designed to solve a different problem. You might call them a Project Management Office, Enterprise PMO, Transformation Office, Strategy Delivery Office, Integration Management Office, Value Management Office, or something entirely your own.

Some support a specific department. Others coordinate enterprise strategy, transformation portfolios, M&A integration, resource capacity, or delivery standards across the organization.

PMOtraining supports organizations across the full PMO lifecycle, from designing, launching, and improving PMOs to strengthening portfolio governance, project leadership, delivery processes, workforce planning, and resource management. We also provide role-based training and coaching. When organizations are ready to choose project portfolio management technology, we help them identify options that fit their budget and the way their people actually work.

We do not begin with a predetermined structure or generic PMO template. We begin with what your organization needs to accomplish. Then we help you strengthen the people, practices, and leadership systems required to make it work in your environment.

We Have Lived the Work From Both Sides
We have led PMOs, transformations, portfolios, and cross-functional initiatives from inside organizations. We have also advised clients across industries. We understand the pressure internal leaders face because we have carried that responsibility ourselves.
Right-Sized, Never Imposed
Not every organization needs a formal PMO. We listen first, preserve what is working, and recommend only the structure, practices, development, and support your organization genuinely needs.
Practical Support Where the Work Gets Difficult
We help people apply sound practices to live work, make better decisions, strengthen working relationships, and build capability that remains inside the organization.
Capability, Not Dependency
We train, coach, and advise the people inside your organization so stronger delivery capability remains with you. Our goal is not to keep an expensive consulting team permanently embedded. It is to help your people lead the work successfully.

PROVEN IN THE REAL WORLD
Different Challenges. Practical Results.
PMOtraining has helped global companies, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations solve very different project delivery challenges. These examples show how our work adapts to the situation rather than forcing every client through the same program.
Turning a $6 Million CEO Challenge Into a Governed Portfolio
Halfway through a CEO-mandated $6 million improvement challenge, executives had no reliable evidence that the portfolio was on track. The leader assigned to manage it was also carrying a demanding day job, and many initiative leads had never been trained in project management. PMOtraining introduced practical portfolio governance, trained and coached the leads, improved executive visibility, and helped the organization focus resources and track benefits against the CEO's goal.
Building Capability Across the City of Philadelphia
Helping Employees Bring Stronger Business Cases to a Global CFO
After the CIO’s departure, the CFO of a private-equity-owned global company also assumed responsibility for IT. Employees lacked confidence in developing and leading improvement initiatives, and many were reluctant to bring business cases forward. PMOtraining combined practical learning on live initiatives, coaching, and sponsor support to help leaders develop their ideas, present stronger business cases, and have productive conversations with the CFO.
WHAT CLIENTS SAY
Trusted by Leaders Who Expect Results
What makes you and your team special in my humble opinion is what I might call your expert 'listening skills' and your 'gravity'. Some of our biggest challenges are to partner with people and organizations that are not burdened by nor do they show up with an 'agenda'.

You listen first, align with our needs, then you seek to exceed the expectations of the organization. The 'gravity' that I speak of is how you draw people into a dialogue and make them comfortable with otherwise complex concepts around project and progam management.
Charles Wallace
VP and CIO, Keystone Foods
Great project managers are like those amazing team players who set the standard of excellence for everyone and help make all their teammates better. They become the heartbeat of your organization.
Dawn's approach is living proof that those players aren't just born, they are made. She's done that for me twice in very different settings to great success. Her practical approach doesn't just build project management capacity in your organization - it helps change your culture.
Rick Negrin, Esq.
Former NFL Player, Pennsylvania Secretary of Environmental Protection, and C-Suite Executive
Working with Dawn's team was a true pleasure. They helped us transform a disorganized group of individual initiatives into a cohesive project portfolio. Through this process we were able to deliver significant value to the organization. The team was always on time with its deliverables and brought our project in under budget. I would welcome the opportunity to work with them again.
Robert W. Kintzer, Jr.
Director, Internal Audit Finance, Global Organization
