As topics arise, the facilitator will pull out learnings relevant to the entire group. Throughout the experience, you’ll get valuable advice and learn from others so that you know what to do when you face a similar situation. This experience is akin to a small group fitness class led by an experienced trainer, where participants both learn from the instructor and encourage each other.
