The Driving Coach concept is based on Dawn’s good fortune to have had seasoned coaches early in her career, who expressed their confidence in her, gave her the keys to an important, expensive project and essentially sat in the passenger’s seat providing just-in-time guidance.  Learning on-the-job with trusted advisors nearby helped her to become one of America’s most revered Project Performance Improvement Strategists.
